進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)涉及的單證總的包括三大類(lèi)：
1.金融單證(信用證、匯票、支票和本票)
2.商業(yè)單證(發(fā)票、裝箱單、運(yùn)輸單據(jù)、保險(xiǎn)單等)
3.用于政府管制的單證(許可證、原產(chǎn)地證明、商檢證等)

Three steps—declaration, examination of goods and release of goods, are taken by the Customs to exercise control over general import and export goods.海關(guān)對(duì)進(jìn)出境貨物的監(jiān)管一般經(jīng)過(guò)申報(bào)、 查驗(yàn)和放行三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。

or 24 hours prior to the loading unless otherwise approved by the Customs. 進(jìn)口貨物的收貨人應(yīng)當(dāng) 自運(yùn)輸工具申報(bào)進(jìn)境之日起14日內(nèi)，出口貨物的發(fā)貨人除海關(guān)特準(zhǔn)的外應(yīng)當(dāng)在貨物運(yùn)抵海關(guān)監(jiān)管區(qū)后裝貨的 24小時(shí)以前，向海關(guān)申報(bào)。
