JOB DESCRIPTION

To manage, oversee and coordinate the complex/trophy deals from a deal and implementation perspective, overseeing all functional areas involved in the deal process and implementation process; (sales, product, technology; ops, client delivery organizations).

Work with Product, Technology and Sales to establish and strengthen processes to work directly with global, regional and local sales, product management, O&T and implementation teams in order to meet client needs and deliver against specific client commitments.

Oversee crossfunctional trophy deals or complex product projects.

Additionally for some key deals be the Senior Project Lead with the following responsibilities:

Serve as single point of contact to the client and internal functional partners, responsible for the coordination and successful endtoend delivery of the program

Establish appropriate governance model to deliver client requirements

Lead meetings and coordinate activities of the crossorganizational implementation teams

Maintain solid relationships with key client and internal stakeholders

Partner with the client to escalate and manage critical issues to resolution.

Develop and maintain a customized project plan tailored to client’s requirements, outlining deliverables, milestones, critical path items and actions

Chair the Board and Steering Committee meetings with all crossfunctional team leads

Ensure effective transition from project to production

Manage program communication and serves as escalation point for key client and internal stakeholders

Primary interface for the client to deliver products and services on a global basis.

Will be responsible for supporting the preparation of RFP responses

Will actively participate in prospective client presentations and demos

Will fully support the technical sales process

Once a deal is committed and assigned, will be responsible as the senior implementation point person for the client; and for the development, execution, and detailed monitoring of the overall implementation plan and process.

REQUIREMENTS

This position requires an individual with a proven record of leadership experience in managing complex processes and/or large projects

This individual should ideally have experience in the cash management industry

This individual must possess excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills.

Experience in managing technology or technology related projects

Good interpersonal communication skills which will be required for both internal and external business partners

Strong analytical and process skills

People management skills and team player. Ability to think strategically for the department.

Ability to manage the implementation of multiple projects and products.

Ability to manage complex integration solutions, working alongside operational and technology teams

6+ years related experience required, with a BS/BA degree, MBA preferred.

Project Management Certification by a reputable organization (i.e. PMI) is preferential.

Work experience with one of the major consultancies (e.g. PWC; KPMG ) would be desirable

Good organisational and planning skills to manage own workload. Must be able to meet deadlines on initiatives and projects outside daily tasks.

Selfstarter, professional and be able to provide continuous feedback and regularly follow up on all outstanding issues.

Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese mandarin and English

Good customer service skills, negotiation and decision making/problem solving skills

Ability to work under highvolume workload

This individual must possess the ability to effectively manage and navigate through multifaceted disciplines throughout the Bank.

This individual must possess excellent influential skills.
